Ability Over Disability with Lixon Nelson and Sarah Iengo of ACES

Today I had the honor of speaking with Sarah Iengo and Lixon Nelson of ACES. ACES  (www.acesmiami.org) is dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities, youth, families, and underserved members of the community through education, employment support, mentorship, advocacy, and access to meaningful resources. Our mission is to help individuals build confidence, independence, and pathways toward long-term success. Our vision is to create a more inclusive community where every person has the opportunity to grow, lead, and reach their full potential.
