Hi, I’m Sam Led

I am an ADHD coach, speaker, powerful group facilitator, and author of Beyond ADHD. Some people say that I am just a “woo-woo” soul.

I was born with a neurodiverse brain. In other words, I was born with a brain that just works differently. After being diagnosed with ADHD, OCD, and GAD by well meaning mental health professionals I thought I needed fixing.

I spent decades suffering about how incompetent and stupid I felt because my mind worked differently. I was at the mercy of my thinking. Then one day I was introduced to a revolutionary new understanding of how the mind works and how all of us are just one thought away from mental health. Suddenly my life opened up in ways I can only describe as magical. I learned how to thrive with anxiety, OCD, and ADHD.

I learned that I did not have to be afraid of my experience. I learned there was this deeper intelligence underneath the noise of my thinking. With this understanding, I dropped my suffering and began THRIVING in life.

"Sam brings such positivity and light to all that he does. He has a great way of balancing his own experiences as an individual with ADHD, with his training and professionalism in the field when working with clients. When we collaborated on the workshop "Thriving with ADHD and Anxiety," he was able to offer both his sense of humor and his wisdom to our audience and I know they walked away feeling a little more understood and hopeful."

“Sam, you took me to a brand new place. I can’t stop thinking of all the doors that will open for people with ADHD that they once believed were closed forever. Thank you for sharing your brilliance. The world is richer with you in it!
